We have employed Jay Miller for our residence as well as for our business in various capacities since 1989. Our projects have included room additions, restructuring of a foundation, roof replacement and concrete/steel forms.

The jobs were always completed on time and within budget. Further, the work has withstood “the test of time”. There has been no question that his company uses high quality materials and, when needed, sub contractors that have also been professional.

Recently, (and this has happened several times during our relationship), we were contacted by a representative of Mr. Miller as several changes pertaining to construction laws and requirements involved projects which were required to make. Though small in nature (electrical), we were relieved to be made aware of these changes so we could conveniently arrange for upgrades.
