One Team, From Your First Idea to the Final Walk-Through

What “design-build” actually means for your renovation.

OUR ROOTS

What “Design-Build” Means for You

Working with a design-build firm means you’re never coordinating between a separate architect and a separate contractor.

One team handles both, which means fewer surprises, fewer change orders, and one company accountable for the finished product.

How Our Design-Build Process Works

1. Your Idea, on Paper

Every project starts with a conversation about how you live and what you want to change.

2. Design & Drafting

We turn your ideas into drawings and a blueprint, with room to adjust before pricing is final.

3. Final Approval

You approve the design and pricing before any construction begins.

4. Construction & Inspections

Our team oversees every trade and walks your project through each required inspection.

5. Financing & Payment Schedule

Payments are scheduled in stages and spelled out clearly in your contract. Many clients finance through a home equity line of credit; our office can walk you through the options.

6. Final Walk-Through

We complete a walk-through together before calling any project finished.
